Processing Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 4–7 business days

• You’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking info once shipped

Delivery (Singapore Only)

• Shipping time is 2-3 business days after dispatch

Rates

• Flat delivery fee: SGD $5

• Free shipping for orders above SGD $110

• Surcharge Zones (Tuas, Changi Airport, Sentosa): An additional charge of $10 will be added to the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

While we are not liable for courier delays or loss, we will assist you in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
