We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept cancellations or returns.
Damages & Issues
In the event you have received a defective item or an incorrect order, please email us within 2 days of delivery at arojascentsco@gmail.com and include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the delivery packaging
We will assess and resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or refund. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections (such as frosting, minor dents, or blemishes) are normal for soy wax products and will not be considered defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or burned candles

Sale or promotional items

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect use
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
