At AROJA Scents Co, sustainability is close to our hearts. That’s why we offer candle refills —

so you can enjoy your favourite scents again and again, without tossing out your beautiful jars.

Whether it’s one of our signature jars or your own clean, heat-safe container, we’re happy to refill it with a fresh pour of our natural soy wax blend.

How it works

Step 1:
Clean Your Jar

Step 2:
Make sure the jar is fully cleaned out (no leftover wax or soot) and made of heat-resistant glass or ceramic.

Step 3:

Choose Your Scent
Select from our signature scent collection or let us know your refill request via WhatsApp.

Step 4:

Drop Off
At this point, we are only able to accept refills if they are dropped off to us (Postal Code: 520136)

However, if the location if convenient, we might come to a mutual agreement on the pick up/ drop off location.

Step 5:

Freshly Poured
We’ll refill your jar and notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Pricing

Prices include soy wax, blended essential oil, and a new wick:

Up to 150g — $10
Up to 250g — $20
Up to 350g — $30
Up to 500g — $40

Note: Prices may vary slightly depending on scent choice and jar shape.

Turnaround Time

Refills are typically completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your jar.

However, kindly allow the candle to cure for 1–2 weeks before burning. This resting period helps develop a stronger and more balanced scent throw, so you get the best experience from your refilled candle.

To place a refill order, simply WhatsApp us, with an estimated candle weight together with a few photos of the candle jar and your preferred scent.

Not Sure About Your Jar Size?

If you're unsure of your jar’s weight or volume, you can leave a refill deposit of $10 first. Once we receive and measure your jar, we’ll confirm the final refill size and cost. Any balance (if applicable) can be settled before delivery, or the excess from your deposit will be refunded.
