Turnaround Time
Refills are typically completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your jar.

However, kindly allow the candle to cure for 1 week before burning. This resting period helps develop a stronger and more balanced scent throw, so you get the best experience from your refilled candle.

To place a refill order, simply WhatsApp us, with an estimated candle weight together with a few photos of the candle jar and your preferred scent.

Not Sure About Your Jar Size?
If you're unsure of your jar’s weight or volume, you can leave a refill deposit of $12 first. Once we receive and measure your jar, we’ll confirm the final refill size and cost. Any balance (if applicable) can be settled before delivery, or the excess from your deposit will be refunded.
